About me!
My name is Kailin Little and I reside in Farmville, Virginia. I have been studying and practicing art from an early age. I am currently in the Masters of Art and Teaching program at Christopher Newport University. This puts me on the track of becoming an art teacher following graduation. I recently graduated from CNU with a Bachelors in Studio Art with a concentration in graphic design. For the past two years, I have been interning for the CNU Art Department working in various studios and teaching homeschool art classes. I have always had a passion for children and art and I look forward to a career in art education.
I developed a love for embroidery in 2019, during my senior year art class. Shortly after high school graduation, I created Little Knots & Threads. Little Knots & Threads began with me selling embroidery pieces that I created in high school and expanded to selling commission pieces. Over the years, I have completed countless commissions which include portraitures, nature, abstractions, tote bags, and more. I am very excited to share my passion for art, teaching, and embroidery with the community. Thank you to everyone who has supported my small business thus far. I can't wait to see what the future holds for Little Knots & Threads!!
